Message us on WhatsApp, send an email, or use the contact form. Tell us your name, event date, contact number, full delivery address, your preferred delivery and collection times, and which inflatable you want. We reply with a written quotation. We recommend booking two weeks ahead — or three to four weeks in September, November and December, when we get busy.
Full payment by EFT secures the booking. We do not take partial deposits or cash on delivery. Pay within 48 hours of your quotation, within 24 hours if your event is less than a week away, or within the hour if delivery is the next day. Your booking confirmation goes out as soon as the payment reflects.
A single R200 fee covers both delivery and collection anywhere in Gauteng — typically out on the Friday and back on the Monday for a weekend booking. Saturday adds R200 and Sunday adds R300. Prefer to fetch it yourself? Self-collection is free against a R1,000 refundable deposit, and we will send you the setup instructions.
