Cancellation & refund policy
How cancellations issue credit, when refunds are processed, and exception cases.
Cancellations 10+ days before the event: full credit minus a R150 admin fee, or free postponement within 12 months.
Less than 10 days: non-refundable. Exceptions for documented illness or bereavement.
Cancellations issue customer credit by default. Refunds-to-bank are a separate explicit request from the customer portal.
