<strong>We do not currently deliver into the Johannesburg CBD or inner city.</strong> We do deliver to much of the surrounding metro, including Randburg, Roodepoort and Sandton — so if your event is just outside the city centre, please ask and we will confirm whether your address falls inside our service area.
Wherever you are, you are welcome to collect from our Fourways premises instead. Self-collection is free against a R1,000 refundable deposit.

We recommend booking about two weeks ahead, and three to four weeks during September, November and December, when weekends fill up fast. The minimum lead time is two days before the event.
Most Gauteng rain arrives as brief afternoon thunderstorms that pass quickly — and for complete certainty, castles set up indoors on sandbags. If wind picks up during the hire, get everyone off and switch the blower off until it calms. Bookings follow our standard Terms whatever the forecast.
